Tulsa Man Accused Of Threatening To Kill Oklahoma District Judge

A 43-year-old Tulsa man was arrested Monday on suspicion of threatening a district judge.

A 43-year-old Tulsa man was arrested Monday on suspicion of threatening a district judge.

DeAngelo Favors was arrested outside the Oklahoma County Courthouse after he allegedly threatened to shoot and kill Oklahoma Judicial District 7 Judge Amy Palumbo. According to police, Favors was in possession of a gun.

Surveillance video showed Favors using a bag to try to sneak the gun into the building.

Oklahoma County authorities are seeking federal charges against Favors.

Palumbo has been the District 7 judge since 2019.
