New Charge Filed Against Broken Arrow Man Already Facing Several Sex Crime Charges

A Broken Arrow man already charged with several sex crimes including making child pornography is now charged with lewd molestation.

Wagoner County prosecutors filed the new charge against 38-year-old Jason Bycroft. Court records show he also has a pending rape charge from 2016 in Cherokee County.

Bycroft and his wife, Heather Bycroft, are facing federal child porn charges. They’re accused of making a sex video with a six-year-old in 2015.

Wagoner County District Attorney Jack Thorp said the new charge comes from the same incident.

Heather was suspended last week from her job as a first-grade teacher at a Bixby elementary school.
