Tulsa police took a man into custody after responding to the scene of a disturbance at a gas station Sunday morning.
TPD said it arrived on scene at a QuikTrip just after 7 a.m. near East 11th Street and South Garnett Road where officers said a man was behaving erratically.
Authorities said the man, who was identified as Cedric Pinson, parked at the pumps in a stolen semi truck overnight and was running around the gas station yelling.
When officers arrived, they said Pinson continued the behavior and also exposed himself to them.
Pinson would then barricade himself inside a semi truck. Officers called for Pinson to come out of the truck, but he remained inside.
After unsuccessfully inserting pepper balls through an open window did not cause him to leave the semi-truck, officers then breached through the truck's passenger side window.
Pinson exited the driver side's door and was taken into custody without further incident.
He was booked into jail on complaints of possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, outraging public decency and jaywalking.
