Man Hospitalized After Overnight Shooting Near Admiral, Harvard

Tulsa police say a man is in the hospital after being shot in the parking lot between two stores near Admiral and Memorial. Investigators say the victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.

Police say the shooting happened in a parking lot between Taco Bell and Pep Boys around 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The victim told police that he was confronted in the parking lot and had an exchange of words with the shooter before a round was fired.

Investigators say after the victim was shot, he drove from the area and picked someone else up before heading to a house near Apache and Yale. Police say they were called to the house and the victim was taken to the hospital.

“We’re still talking to the victim and waiting on video evidence,” said Lt. Craig LaGrone, Tulsa Police. “Very little evidence at the scene but it was collected by detectives.”

Police have not released any information on a potential suspect.
