Welcome to the cooking corner! Casey Finau from Panera Bread joined News On 6 at Noon to show us how to make a Spiced Autumn Squash Dessert Dip!
Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream
6 oz. Panera Autumn Squash Soup
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Steps
Using a hand or stand mixer, whip the heavy cream in a bowl until it forms soft peaks.
In a separate bowl, whip together the Autumn Squash soup, cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
Gently fold the two mixtures together until they are combined.

Straining the soup will ensure that the dip is really velvety and smooth.
You can serve this with an assortment of dippers. Pretzels and apple slices were our favorite.
