A Muskogee man who had been sentenced to life in prison for child sex abuse, then had his case dismissed and re-filed in federal court, has now been found guilty again.
The federal jury convicted Joseph Harjo of molesting a six-year-old girl he knew in 2016.
Another five witnesses testified that Harjo sexually abused them when they were between four and 12-years-old.
Harjo now faces a mandatory minimum 30-year prison sentence, up to life in federal prison.
