Tulsa County Deputies Arrest Man For Animal Cruelty, Seize 160 Animals

An animal cruelty investigation has landed a Collinsville man in jail.

Tulsa county deputies say they found dozens of animals with no food or water at a Samual Smith's home on Thursday.

Investigators say they seized 128 chickens, 14 dead chickens, a pigeon, donkey, 15 goats and 1 dead goat.

Smith was arrested for multiple counts of animal cruelty.
