We're going wild on this Taste Test Tuesday with a meal that came straight from the hunting field to the table.
News On 6's own Tess Maune prepared a pheasant recipe after going pheasant hunting a few weeks ago up at Flying J Ranch and Hunt Club in Spavinaw.
To prepare the dish, Tess lightly floured the pheasant breast and seasoned the flour with garlic salt and pepper. Tess then browned the breasts in a skillet before putting them in a baking dish.
Next she mixed a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of milk and poured it over the breasts.
She popped them in the oven at 350 and baked for 30 minutes.
