Tulsa Police Identify Woman Caught On Camera Breaking Into Several Homes

Tulsa Police say they have identified a woman as a serial burglar.

Officers say this surveillance video shows Kawaun Hopkins breaking into homes near 51st and Lewis earlier this month. Hopkins is charged with burglary and threatening an act of violence.
