Phoenix Zoo Rhino Predicts Notre Dame Over OSU In Fiesta Bowl

It could be bad news for superstitious Oklahoma State Fans.

Every year, the Phoenix Zoo lets an animal predict the winner, and Chutti the rhino says Notre Dame will win the game.

Chutti is a greater one-horned rhino that moved to the Phoenix Zoo about six weeks ago. 

Every year, they have an animal predict the winner and this year was his year.

What they do is put the scent of a blood orange on cardboard boxes with each team's logo on them. 

Then, whichever one Chutti interacts with is declared the predicted winner of the game. 

Linda Hardwick with the Phoenix Zoo says it's clear he picked Notre Dame. 

"He nudged the OSU box off the log, but he definitely dove his head straight into the Notre Dame box so based on how we do it, it's looking like Notre Dame will win," she said. 

She said the zoo does have a pretty good success rate at picking the winner, but since this is Chutti's first time picking, it could go either way.
