SKIATOOK, Oklahoma -
Skiatook police said the man who died after being hit by a car on New Year's Eve is Josh Fredrick.
He was hit near Lombard and Rogers and later died at the hospital.

Officers said they know who the driver is, but that person has not been arrested.
The crash is being investigated as an accident.
