Weekend Snowfall Possible Across News On 6 Viewing Area

Thursday was quite nice across eastern Oklahoma, but we are just two days from the possibility of snow across parts of Green Country.

Snow is in the forecast for much of the News On 6 viewing area for Saturday. News On 6 Meteorologist Stephen Nehrenz tweeted the following Thursday afternoon.

In the tweet, Stephen wrote: "Here's the initial snow forecast I shared at noon. Some changes possible as we continue to fine-tune. Snow is likely Saturday, but still doesn't appear we'll have major amounts across E OK. Best chance for more than an inch or two will be in our far eastern counties. @NewsOn6"
