The Turnpike Troubadours will have their first concert at Cain's Ballroom in April, after a three-year hiatus.
Fans were eager to try and get tickets for the shows, however not everyone was lucky.
"They are just my favorite, it just reminds me of home listening to them," Cassandra Blume said.
Blume's seen them three times in concert already and will get to again in April.
She said she's one of the lucky ones who was able to snag a ticket.
"I just kept trying, and kept going back, and it finally told me they were in my cart and that I could check out," she said.
Jessica Woollard tried to get tickets for a friend's birthday.
Between she and her friends, they were using 14 devices to try and get tickets, but they all came up short.
"Every time I got it into the cart and it would ask if I wanted to pick it up at will call or have it mailed, I thought finally I'm in, I got really excited, then it would say it was unresponsive," Woollard said.
She said she's now seeing tickets being resold on other ticket sites for up to $1,000.
She said this whole thing is unfair.
"I have never had an experience like this before where I'm trying over and over again with multiple devices for over an hour and I didn't get a single ticket," Woollard said.
The concerts will be April 8th and 9th at Cain's Ballroom.
