Tulsa Police arrest a man after a short chase ended with a crash in a busy part of town.
Police tried to pull over Christopher Matthews near Nathan Hale high school on January 25.
Matthews took off and then crashed into a truck near 1600 S. Yale Ave., according to Police.
"This could have been a catastrophe. Luckily, our victim in the red truck is gonna be okay," said Lt Chase Calhoun, Tulsa Police Department.
Police said Matthews had a large amount of meth on him and outstanding felony warrants.
Matthews was checked out at the hospital before being arrested on various charges including eluding, trafficking meth, leaving the scene of an injury accident and traffic violations.
