Man Arrested For Deadly Shooting At Towne Square Apartments

Tulsa Police arrest a man in connection with a deadly shooting at the Towne Square Apartments in the fall of 2021.

Police said Tony Baldwin shot Markeon Harley in the head.

Baldwin is being held for first-degree murder and possessing a firearm after a felony.
