Mike Boynton Offers Advice To Team In Hope Of Victory

Mike Boynton had a message to his team after the blow out win on February 12 over West Virginia in Stillwater.

Coach Boynton also led an OSU team to victory in Allen field house and said there is a recipe for success there.

"First and foremost, you got to believe. You got to believe that you can overcome all of the elements. I've told our team, it's like we're down to start this game, but instead of the last 40 minutes, it's the 40 minutes to go. But then obviously, from a basketball standpoint, you have to rebound. You can't give them second or third chance, opportunities. You can't turn it over and give them easy baskets in transition. And then offensively, you have to have some courage and confidence that you will be open and knock down some shots from the outside." Mike Boynton said.
