Tulsa police have identified a victim killed in a shooting at an apartment complex on Friday night.

Police say Anthony Washington was found lying in the parking lot of the Waterside Apartments near I-244 and West 17th Street with a gunshot wound. Washington later died at the scene, according to police.

Detectives say Washington was walking through the parking lot with a friend when he was approached by a suspect before being robbed and then shot.

Police say the suspect is still at large and the investigation is ongoing.
