Turley Father Desperate For Answers After His Son Was Stabbed To Death

A father is desperate for answers five months after his son was found stabbed to death in a car in Turley. J.J. Williams was murdered last September and no arrests have been made.

James Goudeau says it is already painful enough to lose his son, but knowing J.J.'s killer is still walking free, makes moving forward impossible.

"I miss my son. I can't ever talk to him no more,” said Goudeau.

Goudeau says it is hard to grieve when he doesn't know who killed his son and why.

"The Lord says you have got to forgive people. I can't even forgive the person because I don't even know who it is,” said Goudeau.

Tulsa County Sheriff's Deputies say JJ Williams was found dead in a car parked in front of a house near 56th Street North and Lewis back in September. They say the woman who lives at that home knew JJ and is the one who found him. JJ's family says they watched a football game with him Sunday night and not even 24 hours later, they were called to the crime scene.

"You just can't block it out of your mind. You keep thinking about it. I just want to know what happened,” said Goudeau.

Goudeau says JJ had a 23-year-old son and had just become a grandfather a year ago. He says JJ was a nice guy who would help anyone. Investigators say they need someone with information to come forward.

"Somebody knows what happened and they just aren't saying it,” said Goudeau. "I just want them to come forward and tell what happened. Put themselves in my shoes, if it was their child. They would want to know what happened.
