Innovative Teacher: Cary Brewer Of Cleveland Intermediate School

News On 6 is teaming up with Every Kid Counts Oklahoma to recognize innovative teachers from across Green Country.

This week, we’re recognizing Cary Brewer, a 5th-grade science & PE teacher at Cleveland Intermediate School Mr. Brewer not only makes science fun and interesting for his students with a variety of teaching techniques but also took on the role of PE teacher this year. He became a certified archery instructor this summer to be able to teach his students proper archery techniques. Mr. Brewer has taken a group of students to two archery competitions this year. Cleveland Intermediate is truly blessed to have Mr. Brewer on staff. He is a treasure to his students and coworkers.
