Emergency crews were called to the scene of a fire at a Tulsa apartment complex on Thursday morning.

Officials say crews first responded to the blaze at the Coventry Park apartments near 61st and South Memorial around 6 a.m. Officials say three people were injured in the fire, including two who suffered minor burns and a woman who jumped from her balcony to escape the fire.

A witness who lives at the complex said the woman couldn't walk after falling to the ground.

"I opened the door and it's a huge fireball and it burns me a couple of times so I run out of the sliding glass door and come outside and I witnessed my neighbor jump out of her upstairs window," said Jacob Williams, a witness at the scene.

The woman who jumped has back and leg injuries but should be okay, according to firefighters. The fire burned four units at the complex and officials say a firewall helped stop it from spreading further. Firefighters also say two dogs in their kennel died from smoke inhalation.

According to officials, 75 firefighters were called to the scene to help get the blaze under control.

There is currently no word on how the fire broke out.
