City Of Tulsa Reminds Residents Of What Can Be Recycled

The City of Tulsa says crews are finding more non-recyclable materials, now that recycling services have come back to the city.

Crews say they're seeing more plastic bags, styrofoam and other non-recyclables in the blue recycling carts.

City leaders say that the only things that can be placed in recycling bins are steel cans, plastic bottles and jugs, cardboard and paper and glass bottles and jars.

If there is a non-recyclable in your cart crews will put a yellow or white tag on your cart.
