OHP: Tulsa Man In Stable Condition After Alleged DUI Crash

A Tulsa man is in the hospital after troopers said he was driving under the influence before crashing Monday evening.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Joseph Miller was speeding on Highway 412 at the Verdigris River when he went through a stop sign, hit a concrete barrier and rolled his pickup, causing it to catch fire.

Miller was taken to a Tulsa hospital where he is reportedly stable.
