Oklahoma House Passes Bill To Crack Down On Catalytic Converter Thefts

The State House of Representatives has passed a bill to crack down on catalytic converter thefts.

The bill would make it a felony for someone who knows, or should have known, they possess a stolen catalytic converter.

If convicted, they could spend up to face years in prison and pay a $500 fine.
