On Friday, the City of Tulsa will kick off its "Great Tulsa Cleanup" event.
Registration is now open to people of all ages willing to help preserve Tulsa's green spaces.
Organizers say the month-long event is to honor Earth Day.
Participants will be cleaning up creeks, streams, parks and illegal dumpsites all around the city.
All participants must register and complete a liability waiver and volunteers under 18 must have an adult with them.
You can register online, where team leaders can choose the date, time, and location where they would like to clean.
Teams will be limited to five to 10 but will be able to choose from a list of 35 locations throughout the City of Tulsa.
The city will provide trash bags, safety vests, disposable gloves, and trash grabbers for those who need them.
Organizers say this is a month-long event, so anyone interested will be able to register during the entire month of April.
