Police say one person is dead and multiple people are hurt after a stabbing in Bartlesville Wednesday night.

According to police, it happened around 8:30 p.m. at a home near Tuxedo Boulevard and Madison Boulevard. Police say the suspect, Dustin James Blackfeet, stabbed three people and then stabbed himself. Blackfeet's 33-year-old half-sister Andrea Long was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. Police say the suspect's mother Belinda Joan Long and his uncle Charles Ernest Ford were both taken to the hospital as well.

"We have not figured out yet or determined what's happened, or what caused the argument or anything like that," said Cpt. Jay Hastings from the Bartlesville Police Department.

Police say Blackfeet is in now custody and has been charged with two Counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Police say the FBI will also be pursuing charges against Blackfeet.

This is Bartlesville's first homicide of the year.
