Governor Kevin Stitt will sign a bill that would make performing an abortion a felony in Oklahoma on Tuesday.
According to the bill, doctors who provide abortion care could face up to 10 years in prison, a $100,000 fine, or both.
The bill makes an exception to save the life of a pregnant woman in a medical emergency.
The Governor will sign the bill Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.
