Tulsa Police: 1 Person Killed, 1 Injured After Crash Near E 46th St N, N Peoria Ave

Tulsa police say one person is dead and another is in critical condition after a head-on crash near East 46th Street North and North Peoria Avenue on Wednesday morning.

Police say only one passenger did not suffer injuries.
