The State of Oklahoma will resume executions on Thursday morning for the first time since January.
James Coddington is set to be put to death for killing his co-worker in 1997.
There are four more executions scheduled to take place in Oklahoma in 2022.
The next was supposed to be Richard Glossip, but his execution date was pushed back to December 8th after Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt granted a 60-day stay so the court of criminal appeals could review Glossip's case.
Benjamin Cole is scheduled to be executed on Thursday, October 20th.
Richard Fairchild's execution is scheduled for Thursday, November 17th, and John Hanson's is on Thursday, December 15th.
