Owasso Police are reminding everyone to keep their car doors locked and valuables out of sight after a string of thefts and break-ins.
Officers say it is common to see an uptick in crime in the summer months, but last Saturday night was an unusual increase. Deputy Chief Jason Woodruff says three cars were stolen and nine others were broken into last weekend.
Owasso Police released pictures of who they believe is responsible.

Police say the gray car was actually stolen, then used in other crimes.
This happened in neighborhoods and apartment complexes near the intersection of 116th and 145th streets and along Garnett Road from 106th to 126th streets. Police say keys were left inside each of the stolen cars.

Other victims left their doors unlocked, which makes it easy for thieves.
"It’s easy to get complacent and forget that you still have to make yourself a hard target, make sure your car is locked up, keep your house locked up, garage doors put down at night, that kind of stuff," said Woodruff.
Owasso Police say at least two of the stolen cars have been recovered. They're asking anyone who lives in the area who saw something suspicious or caught anything on a doorbell camera to reach out to them at (918)-272-2677.
