Tulsa Firefighters are investigating a possible arson case at a vacant house near East Pine Street and North Lewis Avenue.

Tulsa Firefighters are investigating a possible arson case at a vacant house near East Pine Street and North Lewis Avenue.

According to firefighters, the blaze broke out around 2 a.m. on Tuesday morning. 

Fire officials say someone broke a window at the vacant home and set fire to a back room. Officials say a neighbor reported seeing someone leaving the house just before the fire.

Tulsa Police were called to the scene and searched the area but did not find anyone.

According to firefighters, the house is often used by people who are homeless.

One firefighter was taken to the hospital after he got too hot while battling the blaze.
