Man Accused Of Failing To Register As Sex Offender Arrested

Tulsa Police say a man, who has been convicted five times for failing to register as a sex offender, has been arrested again, accused of the same crime.

Tulsa Police say Jason Milligan was convicted in Tulsa County in 1999 for lewd molestation and is required to register for life.

According to Tulsa Police, Milligan registered in May, but police allege that he has missed several of his weekly check-ins.

Milligan has been convicted twice in Tulsa County for failing to register, twice in Oklahoma County and once in Canadian County.
