It is finally that time of year! This weekend, we’ll turn back the clocks for the end of Daylight Saving Time.
While it’s nice to get an extra hour of sleep, the time change can impact sleep cycles and overall health.
Dr. Michael Newnam, a sleep specialist at Oklahoma Heart Institute, joined the News On 6 team on Friday morning to talk about the impact of the time change.
