Saint Francis: Security Guards Fire Shots At Driver Who Tried To Run Them Over

Staff at the Saint Francis hospital say security guards fired shots at a man who rammed their vehicle on Friday.

Saint Francis said a man wanted to visit a patient at the main hospital, then became belligerent.

Staff say security escorted him back to his car and after he got in, he rammed their car and then tried to run over the guards.

The hospital says both guards fired a single shot.

The guards weren't hurt. No word on the condition of the driver.
