Tulsa Animal Welfare Reopens After Canine Influenza Outbreak

Tulsa Animal Welfare is re-opening on Thursday after closing for about a month due to an outbreak of canine influenza.

The shelter is open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. every day, and adoption fees are being waived for all dogs older than six months.
