A bill to hold drunk drivers accountable in deadly crashes is moving forward in the Oklahoma legislature.
The proposed bill would let courts order those convicted of killing a parent in a drunk driving accident to pay child support. Payments would then last until the child turns 18 or graduates high school.
It will now head to the State Senate.
