'Mom Prom' Event In Bixby Raises Money To Help End Human Trafficking

Lots of women got together in their prom dresses on Saturday to raise money for a good cause.

"Mom Prom" is a women's-only even at 181 Ranch in Bixby.

There's dancing, games and raffle prizes and the money goes to the Demand Project.

The local non-profit aims to end human trafficking and sexual exploitation of children, and also supports survivors.

This was the first "Mom Prom" event, but organizers hope to make it an annual event after the sellout crowd.
