Easter is just a few weeks away but we are getting into the holiday spirit. Our crafty mom Courtnay Grider is back with us to show us how to decorate cupcakes for Easter.
Ingredients:
· White Cake Mix – Follow the instructions on the back of the box
· White Cake Icing
· Regular Marshmallows – Bunny Ears
· Mini Marshmallows – Bunny Tails
· Sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Once the Cupcakes are cooled you are ready to ice the top of the cupcakes with white icing.
2. Cut regular-size marshmallows diagonally in half with a sharp knife or kitchen scissors.
3. Dip the cut side into the sprinkles. These will be your bunny ears
4. Add the ears and the tail to the cupcakes. Your mini marshmallows are the tails.
Extra: You can always add a pink jellybean for a nose.
Easter Egg Birds Nest Cupcakes
Ingredients:
White Cake Min – Follow baking instructions on the back of the box.
Green Frosting
Sprinkles of Choice
Cadbury Mini Chocolate Eggs or Jelly Beans
Instructions:
1. Once Cupcakes are cooled you are ready to ice the top with green icing.
2. Once covered completely with icing, you are going to roll the edged on the cupcake in the sprinkles.
3. Top with candy eggs.
These cupcakes are fast, easy and so fun!
