We're happy to welcome back our friend Sharon Stroudan to the Cooking Coner. Today we are making an Overnight Apple Pie Oatmeal
Ingredients
3/4 cup organic thick rolled oats
1 apple, chopped
1½ cups almond or coconut milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, optional
2/3 cup Greek yogurt, optional
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until thoroughly mix. Put in mason jars and refrigerate overnight. Breakfast is ready to eat at home or on the go!
