News On 6's Own Dave Davis Judges Future Chefs Event For Elementary School Students

Eight elementary school students showed off their skills on Wednesday night in the Annual Future Chefs event.

First through fourth graders from five Tulsa schools prepared and presented their signature dishes to a panel of four judges, including News On 6's own Dave Davis.

Chef Charley McKenzie took home the win after making zucchini bread.

Charley won a cookbook and a set of pots and pans and will go on to the regional competition in a few weeks.
