BA City Council Approves Plan For New Orleans Square Development

Broken Arrow could be getting a new shopping center soon.

The BA City Council approved planned unit development at New Orleans Square this week.

It's for an acre of commercial development where there's currently an asphalt lot near 101st and Elm.

The retail center would be called The Quarter at Cypress and would have a courtyard, along with the possibility of a restaurant of café.
