Green Country 1st Responders Practice Water Rescues

First responders across Green Country are training for water rescues as the rainy season approaches.

Tulsa, Verdigris and Broken Arrow fire crews recently practiced search and rescue drills at the Port of Catoosa. During the training, crews had to come up with a search plan and then find and rescue a victim.

Oklahoma State Troopers are also training as they get ready to patrol lakes this summer.
