The sister of one of those victims said it's a huge relief that Kimberly Graham is back in custody.

"Instant tears of joy," said Bobbi Nickle, Casey Jones' Sister.

Bobbi immediately called the other families, in tears. She said she was almost scared to let herself feel happy because this whole situation has been such an emotional roller coaster.

"You killed five people. You ruined lives and destroyed families," said Bobbi.

One of those five people was Casey Jones. Bobbi said her brother Casey is in Heaven, but for her, these past two years have felt like hell.

"Tears and lots and lots and lots of sleepless nights trying to figure out, how do we do this? How do we navigate this? How do we get her back in? Why am I having to fight to get my justice back," said Bobbi.

She worried everywhere she went.

"Always am looking over my shoulder. I feel like I would just fall to pieces if I was walking through a store and ran into her," said Bobbi.

Bobbi said it haunts her to think about when Kimberly Graham sat on the stand and explained what happened in 2007.

"Running over and dragging five human beings and then detailing that you heard their screams, that you saw one of them up on the hood of your truck," Bobbi recalled.

Graham was released in 2021 based on a Supreme Court ruling on tribal jurisdiction, but her convictions were reinstated this week.

Bobbi said family of all five victims protested, called, emailed, wrote letters, and tried every avenue to get Graham back in prison.

"Her family is hanging out with her and get to see her, and touch her, and hug her, and have holidays with her and we're all going to gravesites," said Bobbi.

On April 20, as of 12:49 p.m., Bobbi can go to a store without fear of running into her brothers' killer.

"We miss him every single day. Every day," said Bobbi.

Graham's attorney plans to file a federal appeal.
