Man Arrested, Accused Of Raping 13-Year-Old, Police Say

Tulsa Police arrested a man accused of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl he knew.

Casey Ashmore assaulted the girl from January to March of 2023, police said.

Police said the girl told someone, who then contacted police.

Investigators said they found evidence there was a previous victim who said Ashmore raped her when she was 17.

Ashmore is charged with five counts of child sexual abuse.
