Man Accused Of Breaking Into Tulsa Medical Marijuana Dispensary Arrested

A man is in jail on Monday accused of breaking into a medical marijuana dispensary, according to Tulsa Police.

Officers say Jonathon Fisher allegedly set off an alarm at a dispensary near East 11th Street and Highway 169 early Sunday morning.

Police say they saw possible movement and set up a perimeter before going into the building. After going inside, they say they found Fisher hiding beneath a pile of trash.

Fisher is now facing several charges including second-degree burglary.
