LGBTQ+ organizations are coming together on Tuesday to hold a community roundtable and gallery walk in Tulsa.
The organizations will discuss state legislation that they say has a dangerous impact on their health and lives.
The groups will talk about the recent gender-affirming care ban law and build relationships on how to effectively share LGBTQ+ stories.
Attendees will also create portraits of family and friends who are part of the community to share during the gallery walk.
The Human Rights Campaign, Freedom Oklahoma and Free Mom Hugs are hosting the event at 1 p.m. at the Equality Center in Downtown Tulsa.
The event is free and open to the public.
