Some people went back in time for some good ole-fashioned baseball.
The game took place at the Will Rogers Memorial Museum in Claremore on Saturday.
Will Rogers was a big fan of baseball and in 1927 he called it "the greatest game in the world, for the greatest number of people."
The game honored his love of the sport, with a team from Kansas and Texas coming together to play a game similar to what baseball was like in the 1800s.
Players followed rules of that era and Wayne McCombs, a well-known sports enthusiast and baseball expert, announced the game.
"Everybody's trying to dress a little bit similar to what ball players would've worn back then. Or if it would've been just some cattlemen getting together after a day of work to play some ball," said Bart Taylor, Will Rogers interpreter.
There are efforts now to find volunteers for a local Will Rogers team.
