City Of Collinsville Asks For Input On New Plan For Expansions

The City of Collinsville wants input on its new comprehensive plan for the area.

The city said about 8,000 people live there now, and it expects nearly 12,000 to live in Collinsville by 2040.

It said it wants to develop more housing, as well as improve roadways, expand sidewalks and bike lanes, and bring more people to downtown.

City officials want residents to look at the plan and give feedback now through June 21.
