Man Accused Of Stealing Jewelry, Crashing Into Owasso Funeral Home Arrested

Owasso Police have arrested a man accused of stealing a pair of $3,000 earrings, before driving off and crashing into a funeral home.

According to Police, Clifford Towers led officers on a chase before crashing a truck into Mowery Funeral Service around 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

Police say most of the damage outside is to the of the building, but there are some cracks in the walls and ceiling of the building.

The Owner of the funeral home says he is disappointed that his building was damaged, but he's glad no one was there when it happened.

Clifford Towers is facing charges of grand larceny and endangering others.
