The Oklahoma Supreme Court is set to decide if certain Native American citizens are exempt from paying state income tax.

A Muscogee Nation member claims that based on the U-S Supreme Court's ruling on tribal jurisdiction, she shouldn't have to pay state tax.

Her attorney says she meets all requirements.
