5 Tulsa County Inmates Charged With Assault, Accused Of Beating Man Unconscious

Five inmates in the Tulsa County jail have been charged with assault after deputies said the men beat another inmate until he was unconscious.

Investigators said last month Dajermon Young, Braylon Brown, Asher Short, Tyrone Junior the third, and Jawone Walker went into the victim's cell and started punching him.

The victim was taken to the hospital.

The inmates are all in jail on charges ranging from gun possession to other assaults. Two of them, Brown and Short, are charged with murder.
